Terms of Service

Welcome to Tripching. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tripching website and app at tripching.ai (the “Service”), operated by Tripching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service or subscribing you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Tripching is, and what it is not

Tripching is a technology and software service. You add trips you want to take, we watch real flight prices from third-party travel data sources, and we alert you by email or text when prices change in a way that matters.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, or booking provider. We do not sell, provide, or supply any travel ourselves, and we are never the merchant of record for any travel. When you choose to book, you leave Tripching and transact directly with an independent third-party provider. Your booking is a contract between you and that provider, subject to their terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.

2. Prices and possible mismatches

Prices shown in Tripching come from third-party travel data sources that cache fares from real recent searches. Every price carries a timestamp. They are provided for guidance and monitoring, and they can change at any time.

A price shown in Tripching may not match the price on the booking site at the moment you book. The price, availability, and terms shown on the provider’s own checkout page at the moment of booking are the only ones that are binding. We make no guarantee of price accuracy, price parity, lowest price, or availability, and we are not liable for any difference between a price shown in Tripching and the price a provider offers or charges you. Always confirm the final price before you pay.

3. Recommendations are information, not promises

“Book now”, “Wait”, and similar statuses are produced by fixed rules applied to the real prices we have observed, and each one shows its reason. They are informational only. We cannot and do not guarantee that prices will fall, rise, or remain available. Booking decisions, and their timing, are entirely yours.

4. Alerts

Email alerts are part of the Service. Text alerts are optional: you enable them by verifying your phone number, which is your consent to receive them. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can stop text alerts anytime by replying STOP or turning them off in your account. Alerts depend on third-party data and delivery networks, so we cannot promise that every alert arrives, or arrives in time to catch a fare.

5. Affiliate relationships

Booking links in Tripching are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission from the provider at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not influence which prices or recommendations we show.

6. Accounts

You sign in with your email address using a one-time link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at office@tripching.ai if you believe your account has been misused.

7. Membership and billing

Tripching has one paid plan: Tripching Membership, $49.99 per year, in US dollars, billed through Stripe. It includes your travel wishlist, continuous price monitoring, recommendations, and email and text alerts. The membership renews automatically every year until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from your Account page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your membership continues until the end of the year you paid for and is not renewed. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Before subscribing, you can add a trip and see a real current price snapshot for free. Saving trips and ongoing monitoring require an active membership.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using it;
• attempt to scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission; or
• try to bypass limits or access controls.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Tripching running but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Price monitoring depends on third-party data sources that can be incomplete or temporarily unavailable; when that happens we show an honest unavailable state rather than a guess. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripching is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, from any travel you book with a third party, from price or availability differences, from missed or delayed alerts, or from acting on a recommendation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
